摘  要:教师肩负着“传道、授业、解惑”的神圣使命,是培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重要组织者和实施者,是推动教育强国建设的重要力量。党的二十大之后,高校要继续以习近平总书记提出的“四有”“四引”好老师标准为导向,扎实推进教师队伍建设,以强化教师思想政治工作为着力点,坚持传承创新,培育更多具备“四有”“四引”特质的新时代“大先生”。Teachers undertake the sacred mission of"preaching,teaching and solving doubts".They are important organizers and implementors of training new people who take on the great task of national rejuvenation,and are important forces to promote the construction of a powerful country in education.After the 20th Party Congress,Universities should continue to promote the solid construction of teaching staff,guided by the standards of"four good teachers"and"four guiders"presented by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Universities also should strengthen teachers'ideological and political work as the focus,persist in inheritance and innovation,cultivate more"Mr Big"with"four good teachers"and"four guiders"characteristics in the new era.
