广东省制造业当家战略背景下出口贸易绿色转型路径研究

摘  要:为测算广东省出口隐含的污染物及CO_(2)排放量,采用投入产出分析方法和LMDI分解模型,从出口规模量变化、出口结构调整和技术进步角度解析引起隐含污染物和隐含碳排放量变化的原因。结果显示:2007年-2017年出口对广东省COD、氨氮、SO_(2)、NO_(x)和CO_(2)排放量的贡献率接近或超过30%,其中出口规模的扩大均不同程度地推动了隐含污染及隐含CO_(2)排放量的增加,技术进步对广东省出口隐含污染及隐含CO_(2)排放量的下降起到主导作用,出口结构效应则随着产业政策导向呈现出部门差异。要实现绿色贸易,应重点优化出口产品结构,稳住高端优质产业,提高出口产品生产企业清洁化水平。In order to research the influencing factors of the main pollutants and CO_(2)emission and the changes in emission embodied in the export of Guangdong Province in the past years.Input-Output model and Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI)model have been used to decompose embodied pollutants and CO_(2)emission change into the scale effect,the structural effect and the technological effect.The calculation results of decomposed effects showed that:the export brought nearly or exceeded 30% of COD,ammonia nitrogen,SO_(2),NO_(x)and CO_(2)emission in Guangdong Province during the period of 2007-2017.The progress in technology have played a leading role in the reduction of embodied pollutants and CO_(2)emission,while the structural effect shows the sectoral differences with the industrial policy guidance.To achieve green trade,we should focus on adjusting the structure of export products,stabilizing high-end and high-quality industries,and improving the cleanliness level of export product.
