摘 要:为实现污泥和废菌棒无害化处置和资源化利用,以污泥和废菌棒为原料研制新型固体燃料,对燃料各组成配方的比例、结渣特性、添加剂的选择等关键技术进行研究。综合考虑焚烧稳定性和结渣特性,污泥和废菌棒的最佳配比应≤8:2;添加4%MgCO_(3)使燃料灰分含量明显降低;添加8%电石渣使燃料全硫含量降低明显;添加2%膨润土和4%KBrO_(3)分别对燃料中的铅和汞具有较好的固化作用,可减少烟气中铅和汞的排放;膨润土对降低锌和铅的浸出毒性效果显著,CaO对降低铜的浸出毒性效果明显。In order to realize the harmless disposal and resource utilization of sludge and waste mushroom rod,a new solid fuel was developed with sludge and waste mushroom rod as raw materials.The key technologies such as the proportion of each component formula,slagging characteristics and the selection of fuel additives were studied.Factoring in incineration stability and slagging characteristics,the optimal ratio of sludge and waste mushroom rod shall be≤8:2.Adding 4%MgCO_(3)resulted in a significant reduction in ash content.Adding 8% carbide slag resulted in a significant reduction in total sulfur content.The addition of 2% bentonite and 4%KBrO_(3)had a good effect on the immobilization of lead and mercury respectively,and could reduce the emission of lead and mercury in flue gas.Bentonite had significant effect on reducing the leaching toxicity of zinc and lead,CaO had obvious effect on reducing the leaching toxicity of copper.
