常德市某垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理系统技改研究

摘  要:常德某垃圾渗滤液处理工程采用“SBR+一级芬顿+两级AO+二级芬顿+BAF”工艺,因各种原因,原渗滤液处理系统部分系统处于废弃闲置状态,采用的是两级DTRO应急处理设施进行处理,产生大量浓缩液,没有配套的浓缩液处理系统,只能采用浓缩液回灌的方式回灌至库区,使原水的污染物浓度越来越高,造成后期难以处理,处理成本大幅度提高。拟采用芬顿系统改造、原SBR池改造、中间水池改造、原生化池改造、BAF池改造、加药系统改造等技改措施,使出水达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)表2排放标准。A landfill leachate treatment project in Changde had adopted the“SBR+primary Fenton+two-stage AO+secondary Fenton+BAF”processes.Due to various reasons,part of the original leachate treatment system was abandoned and idle,and two-stage DTRO emergency treatment facilities were used for treatment,resulting in a large amount of concentrated liquid.There was no supporting concentrated liquid treatment system.The concentrated liquid could only be repumped to the reservoir area,which made the pollutant concentration of raw water higher and higher,resulted in difficult treatment in the later stage,and the treatment cost was greatly increased.It was proposed to adopt technical reform measures such as Fenton system transformation,original SBR tank transformation,intermediate tank transformation,original biochemical tank transformation,BAF tank transformation,dowel system transformation,etc.,so that the effluent could meet the discharge standard in Table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).
