摘  要:以中空纤维膜为代表的MBR技术作为高效的环境水处理工艺获得广泛使用。膜性能是完美实现MBR工艺的核心要素,全面分析MBR工艺类型和特点以及应用限制,聚焦MBR工艺运行过程中出现的断丝、脱皮、污堵、产水量下降等问题,通过构建并完善面向MBR工艺应用的力学性能、耐剥离性、耐冲击性、组件浇铸粘结性和抗压密性为典型代表的多参数膜性能科学评价方法,确定膜寿命终点判定依据,准确客观评价用膜性能,进而不断提高膜质量,有效延长膜寿命,更好的发挥MBR工艺效能。MBR technology has been widely used as an efficient environmental water treatment processrepresented by hollow fiber membranes.Membrane performance is the core element for achieving the perfect MBR process.A comprehensive analysis of MBR process types,characteristics,and application limitations is conducted,focusing on issues such as wire breakage,peeling,fouling,and decreased water production during the operation of MBR process.By constructing and improving a multi parameter membrane performance scientific evaluation method that is typical of mechanical properties,peel resistance,impact resistance,component casting adhesion,and compressive tightness for MBR process applications,the judgment basis for the end point of membrane life is determined,and the membrane performance is accurately and objectively evaluated,thereby continuously improving membrane quality,effectively extending membrane life,and better exerting the efficiency of MBR process.
