摘 要:在高温热氧老化条件下对交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘料进行加速老化试验,研究其热氧老化行为。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术、差示扫描量热法、热失重分析法、扫描电子显微镜,研究XLPE在高温热氧老化过程中分子结构、熔融结晶行为、抗氧化能力、微观形貌、电性能和力学性能的变化。结果表明,随着抗氧剂的消耗和流失,XLPE的老化程度不断加深,表现为聚乙烯在热氧老化时产生大量的含氧基团,分子链规整性、结晶性能、抗热氧化能力变差,绝缘电性能下降,同时绝缘料表面被严重破坏。结合热分析动力学,研究XLPE绝缘料的反应活化能,为119 kJ·mol^(-1),计算得到工作温度为90℃时的热氧老化寿命约为68.2 a。In order to study thermal oxidative aging behavior of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulating materials,accelerated aging tests were carried out under the condition of high temperature and oxygen aging.By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimetry,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy,changes in molecular structure,melting crystallization behavior,oxidation resistance,microstructure,electrical properties and mechanical properties of XLPE insulating materials were analyzed during high temperature and oxygen aging process.Results showed that with the consumption and loss of antioxidants,aging degree of XLPE continuously deepened,which showed that a large number of oxygen-containing groups were generated during thermal oxidative aging of polyethylene,leading to a decrease in molecular chains regularity,crystalline performance and thermal oxidation resistance,a decline in electrical performance,and severe surface damage to insulating material.Combined with thermal analysis kinetics,activation energy of XLPE insulating material was 119 kJ·mol^(-1),and thermal oxidative aging life at 90 ℃ of which was calculated to be about 68.2 years.
