摘  要:由于光伏直流侧拉弧线缆运行环境恶劣,在实际运行中易出现发热等安全隐患,文中提出基于非接触式测温技术的光伏直流侧拉弧线缆发热监测。基于非接触式测温技术,采集光伏直流侧拉弧线缆发热的红外热图像,并对原始图像进行去噪和对比度增强处理,以预处理后红外热图像中发热点的相对温差为依据,判断线缆发热情况,实现光伏直流侧拉弧线缆发热监测。试验结果表明,光伏直流侧拉弧线缆发热点温度监测数据和实际数据之间的误差仅为0.90℃,证明该方法可行且可靠。Due to harsh operating environment of photovoltaic DC side arcing cable,it is easy to have safety risks such as heating during actual operation.A new heat monitoring method of photovoltaic DC side arcing cable based on non-contact temperature measurement technology was proposed.Infrared thermal spectrum images of photovoltaic DC arcing cable were collected based on non-contact temperature measurement technology,and original images were de-noised and contrast-enhanced.Founded on relative temperature difference of hot spots in infrared thermal spectrum images after preprocessing,heating condition of the cable was judged to realize heat monitoring of photovoltaic DC arcing cable.Results showed that the error between temperature monitoring data and actual data was only 0.90 ℃,which verified that the method was feasible and reliable.
