摘　　要：针对舰艇编队分布式协同防空作战中目标威胁评估问题,建立目标意图、目标能力、我方舰艇价值度、我方舰艇防御能力的编队目标威胁评估指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)对舰艇防御能力进行评估并与舰艇价值度相结合得到舰艇权重,采用基于组合赋权的改进灰色关联逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)进行目标威胁评估,最终结合舰艇权重得到空中目标对编队整体威胁排序。实例验证表明,该方法实用性、操作性强,为有效解决编队对空威胁评估问题提供一种新方法。Aiming at the problem of target threat assessment in the distributed coordinated air defense operation of ship formation,this paper establishes the formation target threat assessment index system of target intention,target capability,our ship s value degree and our ship s defense capability,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to assess the ship s defense capability and combines it with the ship s value degree to get the ship weight,and uses the improved gray correlation technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)based on the combination weighting to carry out the target threat assessment,finally,combines the ship weight to obtain the overall threat ranking of the air target to the formation.Example validation shows that this method is practical and operable,and can provide a new method for effectively solving the problem of air target threat assessment of the formation.
