摘  要:以某114 000载重吨阿芙拉型原油船为例,通过分析规范对静水压试验及其水头的定义,基于船舶的不同航行区域研究其在不同介质下的静水压试验水头高度的差异,为船厂开展船舶静水压试验提供指导。通过分析用于开展静水压试验的舱室空气管的定位和管径,结合船厂的施工条件,将静水压试验所用试验管段的长度标准化,提升其通用性;通过优化试验管段的管径减轻结构重量,方便进行现场施工安装。该优化结果可供船厂的静水压试验参考,达到提高试验效率的效果。Taking a 114 000 DWT Afra crude oil tanker as an example,by analyzing the definition of static water pressure test and its head in the specifications,based on the different navigation areas of the ship,this study investigates the differences in the head height of the static water pressure test of the ship in different media of fresh water and seawater,providing guidance for shipyards to conduct ship static water pressure tests.By analyzing the positioning and diameter of the air pipe in the hydrostatic test chamber,combined with the construction conditions on site at the shipyard,the universality of the test pipe section is improved by standardizing the length of the test pipe section.By optimizing the diameter of the experimental pipe section to reduce structural weight,it is easier to carry out on-site construction and installation.The optimization results can be used by shipyards in hydrostatic tests to improve the efficiency of the test.
