摘  要:为在锚泊设计中选择出最合适的锚泊布置方案,以某80 000载重吨运输船和某海洋工程船为例,利用Rhino软件的空间动态曲面对锚泊设备进行1∶1建模设计,以立体空间的思维使锚泊设备布置更合理美观。针对锚泊布置中常遇到的锚与锚唇的贴合度不够和锚台锚穴设计完善但实际生产制造难度大等问题,优化设计流程,使可能遇到的锚泊设备生产制造类现场问题在设计阶段得到规避,进而使整个锚泊系统设计和生产制造流程更流畅便捷。研究和实践结果表明,该锚泊系统三维设计方法相比二维设计方法能有效减小误差及“盲区”,为运输类及工程类船舶的锚泊设备布置提供参考。In order to select the most suitable layout scheme in the anchoring design,taking an 80 000 DWT transport ship and an ocean engineering ship as the examples,the spatial dynamic surface of Rhino software is used for 1∶1 modeling design of anchor equipment,and the three-dimensional thinking is used to make the layout of anchor equipment more reasonable and beautiful.In response to the common problems encountered in anchor layout,such as insufficient fit between anchor and anchor lip,and the difficulty in actual production and manufacturing despite the perfect design of anchor platform and anchor hole,the design process is optimized to avoid potential on-site problems in anchor equipment production and construction during the design phase,thereby making the entire anchor system design and production construction process smoother and more convenient.Through research and practice on the three-dimensional design method of anchoring systems,it can be found that this method can reduce errors and “blind spots” in two-dimensional design,providing reference for the layout of anchoring equipment for transportation and engineering ships.
