摘  要:介绍了一款带前馈的自适应斜坡电压模Boost转换器芯片,与传统电压模控制DC-DC转换器芯片相比,所提出的控制环路的斜坡电压幅值和斜率的直流值由输入电压和输出电压决定,具有自适应斜坡特性,减小了转换器的线性和负载调整率。同时,通过加入输入电压前馈通路和快速反馈通路,提高了线性和负载瞬态响应速度。该Boost转换器采用0.18μm BCD工艺进行设计验证。仿真结果表明,输出电压的线性和负载调整率均低于0.5%;在3.6~4.2 V输入电压瞬态变化时,输出电压过冲/下冲的范围均在1%以内,恢复稳定的时间在50μs左右;在100~200 mA负载瞬态变化时,输出电压过冲/下冲的范围均在0.5%以内,恢复稳定时间在45μs左右。This study proposes an adaptive ramp voltage mode boost converter chip with feedforward.Compared with the traditional voltage mode control DC-DC converter chip,the ramp voltage amplitude and slope DC value of the proposed control loop were determined by the input and output voltages,which have adaptive ramp characteristics and reduce the linearity and load adjustment rate of the converter.At the same time,the linear and load transient response speed was improved by adding the input voltage feedforward path and the fast feedback path.The Boost converter was designed using a 0.18-μm BCD process.The simulation results showed that the linearity of the output voltage and the load adjustment ratio were less than 0.5%.When the input voltage changed from 3.6 V to 4.2 V,the range of the output voltage overshoot/downshoot was less than 1%,and the recovery time was approximately 50μs.Under the transient change in load current from 100 mA to 200 mA,the range of output voltage overshoot/downshoot was within 0.5%,and the recovery stability time was approximately 45μs.
