摘　　要：以广州航标处为例,探讨如何在航标维护管理中通过系列创新举措实现降本提质增效。通过概述航标维护管理的相关概念,结合广州航标处的具体实践,介绍航标养护、船舶“管用养修”、航标灯器维修等三个方面降本提质增效的举措及成效,总结相关经验和启示。This article takes the Guangzhou Aids to Navigation Division as an example to explore how to achieve cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement through a series of innovative measures in aids to navigation(AtoN)maintenance and management.The article first outlines the relevant concepts of AtoN maintenance and management,and then introduces the measures and achievements of cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in the three aspects of AtoN maintenance,ship management,utilization,maintenance and repair,and AtoN light maintenance,based on the specific practice of Guangzhou Aids to Navigation Division.Furthermore,it summarizes relevant experiences and enlightenment.
