摘　　要：通过分析海事劳工条件检查中发现的问题,反映出《2006年海事劳工公约》履行中,海员就业协议签署及实施方面存在的问题,进而分析问题产生的原因并提出改进建议,以促进保障船员合法权益,减少人为事故发生,助力高素质船员队伍建设。Through analyzing the problems identified in the inspection concerning the Maritime Labour Convention,2006,this paper shows the problems existing in the signing and implementation of seafarers'employment agreement for the implementation of MLC.Furthermore,it analyzes the causes for the problems and provides suggestions for improvement in order to promote the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of seafarers,reduce the occurrence of human-caused accidents,and contribute to the development of a high-quality seafarer team.
