摘　　要：在梳理智能航运发展现状的基础上,根据智能航运匹配无人船阶段性发展的特点,分析航运企业在航运革命浪潮下可能存在的问题,结合航运新业态下船舶货物运输、人才结构以及管理制度方面的变化,提出企业高质量发展的对策,为航运企业应对市场竞争提供参考借鉴。Based on a review of the existing conditions of intelligent shipping development and according to the property that the intelligent shipping matches with the development of maritime autonomous surface ships in stages,the paper studies the potential problems of shipping companies in the tide of the shipping reform.In view of the changes in cargo transportation by ships,structure of talents and management systems under the new form of the shipping industry,it puts forward countermeasures for the high-quality development of companies,aiming at providing reference for market competition in face of shipping companies.
