摘 要:为解决湖南某钼铋多金属矿钼铋浮选煤油采购使用困难和流程稳定性差等问题,在矿石性质的基础上,开展了钼铋浮选煤油替代试验研究及应用。结果表明:捕收剂B11可有效替代煤油,且用量低于煤油,B11条件下“钼铋混浮-钼铋分离”实验室全流程闭路试验获得Mo品位45.12%、Mo回收率63.69%的钼精矿和Bi品位3.41%、Bi回收率74.20%的铋中矿,工业试验钼精矿Mo品位平均45%以上,较煤油体系下Mo品位增幅12.55%,铋中矿Bi品位和钼、铋回收率均略有提高,取得良好的替代煤油选矿指标,有效保障了选矿生产的安全稳定运行。In order to solve the problems of difficulty in purchasing and using molybdenum bismuth flotation kerosene and poor process stability in a molybdenum bismuth polymetallic mine in Hunan,experimental research and application of molybdenum bismuth flotation kerosene substitution were carried out based on the properties of the ore.The results show that collector B11 can effectively replace kerosene,and the dosage is lower than that of kerosene.Under B11 conditions,the laboratory′s full process closed circuit test of"molybdenum bismuth mixed flotation-molybdenum bismuth separation flotation"obtained molybdenum concentrate with Mo grade of 45.12%and Mo recovery rate of 63.69%,as well as bismuth intermediate ore with Bi grade of 3.41%and Bi recovery rate of 74.20%.The industrial test show that the Mo grade of the molybdenum concentrate averaged over 45%,an increase of 12.55%compared to the Mo grade in the kerosene system.The Bi grade and the recovery rates of molybdenum and bismuth in the bismuth intermediate ore were slightly improved,achieving good alternative kerosene beneficiation indicators and effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of beneficiation production.
