摘 要:研究了控制蒸发结晶工艺条件降低仲钨酸铵(以下简称“APT”)中钼的工艺方法。考察了蒸发比例、蒸发温度、蒸发搅拌速度、APT添加量、氯离子浓度、静置时间等条件对降低APT中钼含量的影响。结果表明:在蒸发比例达到70%、蒸发温度90℃、蒸发搅拌速度200 r/min、APT添加量4 g/L、氯离子浓度2 mol/L、静置时间0 h的最优条件下,蒸发结晶所得APT中的平均钨结晶率可达88.29%,平均钼结晶率仅为3.71%,平均钨钼比达到257.06,相较于原溶液中钨钼比10.80,钨钼分离倍数可达到23.80倍。本文为高钼含量钨酸铵溶液通过蒸发结晶分离钨钼提供了系统性工艺条件,降低了钼进入后续除钼工段造成的工序成本,提高了APT生产过程中的工业效益。The process of reducing molybdenum in ammonium paratungstate(hereinafter referred to as"APT")by controlling evaporation and crystallization conditions was studied.The effects of evaporation ratio,evaporation temperature,evaporation stirring speed,APT addition,chloride concentration,and standing time on the reduction of molybdenum content in APT were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of evaporation ratio of 70%,evaporation temperature of 90℃,evaporation stirring speed of 200 r/min,APT added amount of 4 g/L,chloride ion concentration of 2 mol/L,and standing time of 0 h,the average tungsten crystallization rate of APT obtained by evaporation crystallization can reach 88.29%,the average molybdenum crystallization rate is only 3.71%,and the average tungsten-molybdenum ratio reached 257.06.Compared with the tungsten-molybdenum ratio of 10.80 in the original solution,the separation ratio of tungsten-molybdenum reached 23.80 times.This study provides a systematic process condition for separating tungsten and molybdenum by evaporation and crystallization of ammonium paratungstate solution with high molybdenum content,reduces the process cost caused by molybdenum entering the subsequent molybdenum removal section,and improves the efficiency of APT production.
