摘 要:大晶钼板高温下具有优秀的抗变形能力,被广泛应用于蓝宝石长晶用钼坩埚、陶瓷烧结用载体等领域。通过对大晶钼板制备工艺的研究,得出变形量、中间退火温度及最终退火温度对钼板结大晶的影响。结果表明:总变形量对钼板结大晶有着关键影响,总变形量≥60%时,经过高温热处理,能够得到大晶组织;中间退火温度的高低对钼板结大晶没有直接影响,900℃去应力退火和1200℃完全结晶退火后对钼板继续轧制,轧制后经高温热处理,均能够得到大晶组织;最终退火温度的高低对钼板结大晶没有影响,经过950℃和1550℃退火后的钼板,经高温热处理后,均能得到大晶组织。Large crystal molybdenum plate has excellent deformation resistance at high temperature,and is widely used in molybdenum crucible for sapphire crystal growth,ceramic sintering carrier and other fields.The influence of deformation,intermediate annealing temperature and final annealing temperature on the large crystallinity of molybdenum plate is obtained by studying the preparation process of large crystal molybdenum plate.The results show that:The total deformation has a key influence on the large crystallinity of the molybdenum plate.When the total deformation is greater than or equal to 60%,the large crystal structure can be obtained after high temperature heat treatment.The intermediate annealing temperature has no direct effect on the large crystallinity of the molybdenum plate.After the stress relief annealing at 900℃and the complete crystallization annealing at 1200℃,the molybdenum plate continues to be rolled,and the large crystal structure can be obtained by high temperature heat treatment after rolling.The final annealing temperature has no effect on the large crystallinity of the molybdenum plate.After annealing at 950℃and 1550℃,the molybdenum plate can get a large crystal structure after high temperature heat treatment.
