摘  要:随着就业人数的增加,企事业单位职工晋升难度逐渐增大。为此,文中首先结合数据调研及评价模型构建两种手段,根据社会调查选择了12种影响职级晋升的评价指标。然后,通过AHP-熵值法计算了不同指标对职工职级晋升的影响系数。最后,收集相关数据代入模型并进行分析,得出内因是影响企事业单位职工晋升的主要因素,外因中的职级晋升结构是影响职工晋升的决定因素。相关研究不仅有效证明了AHP-熵值法在职级晋升参数优化评价中的作用,也为当下单位构建职工晋升体系提供了帮助。As the number of employees increases,the difficulty of promoting employees in enterprise and public institution gradually increases.Therefore,the article firstly combines data research and evaluation models to construct two methods.According to social surveys,12 evaluation indicators that affect job promotion are selected.Then,the influence coefficients of different indicators on employee promotion are calculated using the AHP-entropy method.Finally,by collecting relevant data and substituting it into the model for analysis,it is found that internal factors are the main factors on employee promotion in enterprises and public institutions,while external factors’rank promotion structure is the determining factor affecting employee promotion.Relevant research not only effectively proves the function of AHP-entropy method in the optimization and evaluation of on-the-job promotion parameters,but also provides help for the current unit to build a promotion system for employees.
