摘　　要：网格系统是指将多个位置资源的联合以实现共同的目标,人力资源是组织的重要资产之一,对其实现起着重要作用。基于此提出了一种名为专家网格(EG)的网格架构,提供基础设施,通过对客户请求的作业进行最优分配,以增加客户满意度。实验结果表明,EG减少了人力资源的空闲时间、客户的延迟时间和人力资源的加班时间,以实现更高水平的客户满意度和组织的更好性能。Grid systems combine multiple location-based resources to achieve common goals,with human resources being a crucial asset for organizations and playing a significant role in their success.In this context,a new grid architecture called Expert Grid(EG)is proposed,which provides infrastructure for optimal job allocation based on customer requests,aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.Experiment results demonstrate that EG reduces idle time for human resources,customer delay time,and overtime for human resources,thereby achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction and improving organizational performance.
