摘 要:现代化工艺对于一体化焊接要求越来越高,仅依靠人力判断已满足不了现代技术要求,为此,文中将机器视觉技术应用于TCP(传输控制协议)标定以提高焊接精度和生产效率。得出如下结论:构建的基于图像识别的一体化焊接工作站TCP标定技术可以实现快速、准确、可靠的TCP标定,且精度更高、稳定性更好,其精度可以达到1mm以内,角度误差小于0.1度,能够满足工业生产环境要求。相关技术不仅可以解决一体化焊接工作站的精度问题,还可为该技术的理论进步提供较大帮助。Modern processes have increasingly high requirements for integrated welding,and solely relying on human judgment cannot meet the requirements of modern technology.Therefore,this article applies machine vision technology to TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)calibration to improve welding accuracy and production efficiency.And the following conclusions are drawn:The integrated welding workstation TCP calibration technology based on image recognition can achieve fast,accurate,and reliable TCP calibration,with higher accuracy and stability.Its accuracy can reach within 1mm,and the angle error is less than 0.1 degrees,which can meet the requirements of industrial production environment.Related technologies can not only solve the accuracy problem of integrated welding workstations,but also provide significant assistance for the theoretical progress of this technology.transmission Control Protocol;Integrated welding;Machine vision;Image recognition;image processing.
