摘  要:通过高温固相法在1400℃成功合成镁橄榄石(M2S),并从热膨胀系数(coefficient of thermal expansion,CTE)、高温相容性等方面研究它应用为固体氧化物燃料电池(solid oxide fuel cell,SOFC)陶瓷支撑体的可行性。结果表明,M2S具有与SOFC功能层材料相适配的热膨胀系数,它在1450℃下与SOFC主流阳极材料NiO保持良好的化学相容性,在800℃的氢气、氧气环境中表现出优越的结构稳定性。进一步采用干压成型与旋涂法制备构型为M2S/NiO-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-YSZ的平板式单电池,然后以氢气作为燃料,测试单电池在700~800℃的电化学性能。单电池在700℃的开路电压可达1.05 V,在800℃时实现了172 mW/cm^(2)的最大功率密度。研究为开发低成本SOFC提供参考思路,具有商业应用的潜力。Forsterite(M2S)was synthesized by high temperature solid state method at 1400℃,and feasibility of M2S as a ceramic support for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)was studied from aspects of coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)and chemical compatibility at high temperature.The results show that M2S has a matched CTE for SOFC functional layer materials,and it maintains well chemical compatibility with SOFC mainstream anode material NiO at 1450℃.M2S exhibits superior structural stability in hydrogen and oxygen atmosphere at 800°C.Furthermore,planar SOFC single cells with M2S/NiO-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-YSZ configuration were prepared by dry pressing and spin coating.Then,hydrogen was used as fuel to test electrochemical performance of single cell at 700-800℃.The SOFC cell has an open-circuit voltage of up to 1.05 V at 700℃,and achieves a maximum power density of 172 mW/cm^(2)at 800℃.This study provides a reference idea for development of low-cost SOFC and has great potential for commercial application.
