摘 要:分析了机载设备在使用飞机电源时的电源特性,针对抗掉电需求提出使用电化学电容器代替传统电容器。选取一型电化学电容器进行研究,设计了充放电测试电路,进行不同负载、不同环境温度条件下的充放电性能测试,并与理论计算结果进行比较分析。常温小电流条件下电化学电容器性能与标称值基本一致,低温大电流条件下有效电容值大幅下降。电化学电容器应用于机载设备母线储能,经实际抗掉电试验验证,能够有效维持机载设备的连续工作。By analyzing the power characteristics of airborne equipment using aircraft power sources,we proposed to replace traditional capacitors by electrochemical ones for addressing the need for power failure resistance.We first selected an electrochemical capacitor,and then designed a chargedischarge test circuit to study the performance of the capacitor under different loads and environmental temperatures.The results were compared with theoretical calculations.Under normal temperature and low current conditions,the performance of the electrochemical capacitor is consistent with its nominal value.However,the effective capacitance value drops significantly under low temperature and high current conditions.Actual power hold-up tests verifies that electrochemical capacitors can effectively maintain the continuous operation of airborne devices when they are applied to energy storage in the bus system of airborne equipment.
