摘  要:“天津号”作为国内首辆纯太阳能智能网联车,其太阳能发电系统采用柔性薄膜砷化镓太阳电池进行一体化层压封装,封装后效率>31%,面密度≤1.6 kg/m^(2),实现了与车顶弧面共形,并具有地面特殊环境耐候性。砷化镓发电系统铺设面积为8.1 m^(2),年平均日发电量达到7.6 kWh,单位面积发电效率为0.938 kWh/m^(2),支持续航里程79.2 km,与燃油车相比,每百公里可减少碳排放约25 kg,对太阳能汽车产业发展具有重要意义。As the first pure solar-powered intelligent connected vehicle in China,the"Tianjin"vehicle adopts flexible thin-film gallium arsenide solar cells for integrated lamination encapsulation.After encapsulation,the efficiency is greater than 31%,and the areal density is no more than 1.6 kg/m².the solar modules conform to the curved surface of the vehicle roof and has weather resistance in specific ground environments.The GaAs power generation system with a laying area of 8.1 m^(2) has a daily output power of 7.6 kWh and a power generation efficiency of 0.938 kWh/m^(2),supporting continued driving mileage of 79.2 km.Compared with fossil fuel vehicles,it can reduce carbon emissions by approximately 25 kg per 100 km,which is of great significance to the development of the solar-powered vehicle industry.
