摘  要:针对跨海高速铁路桥梁超长钢管桩试验匮乏、桩基设计参数等问题,文中依托杭州湾跨海铁路大桥工程,对超长钢管桩开展初打和复打高应变测试及静载试验,分析钢管桩承载力性能、贯入特性等沉桩机理,验证桩基设计参数,为大范围沉桩作业提供依据。结果表明,(1)在该试桩区地质条件下,采用YC80液压锤和HHD1000液压锤,能量传递效率为63%~84%,满足同类型工程桩的沉桩要求;(2)高应变检测法对于超大直径单桩基础承载力的评估存在偏于保守现象,其承载力值与静载试验值相比减少了18.35%;(3)试桩SZ-1、SZ-2轴向抗压承载力恢复系数为1.37和1.56,钢管桩沉桩后承载力存在显著的时间效应。(4)试桩SZ-1、SZ-2实测土塞效应系数为0.71和0.3,超长钢管桩存在显著的土塞效应。In view of the lack of field test of super-long steel pipe piles for cross-sea high-speed railway bridges and the problems of verifying the design parameters of pile foundations,relying on the Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge project,the initial and re-driving high strain test and static load test are carried out on super-long steel pipe piles,to analyze the sinking mechanism of steel pipe piles such as the bearing capacity performance,penetration characteristics and other sinking mechanism,to further verify the design parameters of the pile foundations,and to provide the basis for the large-scale pile sinking operation.The results of the study show that firstly,under the geological conditions of this test pile area,using YC80 hydraulic hammer and HHD1000 hydraulic hammer with normal working performance,the energy transfer efficiency is in the range of 63%to 84%,which meets the requirements of the same type of engineering piles for pile sinking construction.Secondly,there is a bias of conservative phenomenon in the assessment of the bearing capacity of the large diameter monopile foundation by high strain testing method,which reduces the value of the bearing capacity by 18.35%comparing with that of the static test value.Thirdly,the coefficients of restoration of the axial compressive bearing capacity of test piles SZ-1 and SZ-2 are 1.37 and 1.56,and there is a significant time effect on the bearing capacity of steel pipe pile after sinking.Lastly,the measured soil plugging effect coefficients of test piles SZ-1 and SZ-2 are 0.71 and 0.3,and there is a significant soil plugging effect of the extra-long steel pipe piles.
