摘 要:经典模型不适用于预测厚层稠油油藏水平井蒸汽吞吐产能,基于非等温加热区,提出考虑非等温和渗透率各向异性影响的厚层稠油水平井蒸汽吞吐产能预测新方法。在验证新方法的准确性后,分析加热区温度分布及前缘、不同生产制度下多周期产能、不同渗透率各向异性情况下产能。结果表明:新方法能够准确预测加热区平均温度、压力、前缘位置;同一周期内,随着生产进行,加热前缘呈现逐渐扩大的趋势;相同周期内生产时间下,加热区前缘会随着周期数增加而扩大;当保持低井底压力和高产量时,加热区平均压力较低,油藏压力衰减较快,反之亦然;厚层稠油油藏水平井蒸汽吞吐产能预测需要考虑各向异性渗透率影响,否则会降低产能预测准确度。The current classic models used are not suitable for production prediction of thick heavy oil reservoirs using horizontal wells with cyclic steam stimulation.In this paper,a new method for thick heavy oil horizontal wells with steam injection was proposed based on a non-isothermal heating zone,in which the effects of non-isothermal heating and permeability anisotropy were considered.After verifying the accuracy of the new method,the temperature distribution of the heating zone,its front edge,the production capacities under different production schemes and different permeability anisotropy conditions were analyzed.The results show that the new method can accurately predict the average temperature,pressure,and front edge position of the heating zone.Within the same steam stimulation cycle,the front edge of the heating zone gradually expands as production progresses.Under the same production time,the front edge of the heating zone expands with the increase of the stimulation cycles.When maintaining a low bottomhole pressure with a high production rate,the average pressure in the heating zone becomes lower,and the pressure decline in the reservoir is faster,and vice versa.The impact of permeability anisotropy needs to be fairly considered in order to obtain an accurate production prediction of horizontal wells with cyclic steam stimulation.
