摘 要:预交联凝胶颗粒(PPGs)是一种有高吸水特性的聚合物凝胶材料,已被广泛应用于油田调剖堵水。PPGs的吸水溶胀特性与凝胶网络结构性质紧密相关,溶胀动力学方法是一种简便的评价PPGs凝胶网络结构特性的方法。对比分析Voigt模型与THB协同扩散模型的特点,通过合理的等效球形假设与公式简化得到r-THB模型溶胀动力学公式。利用协同扩散系数(D_(c))作为表征凝胶的网络结构的特性参数,由混合项D_(mix)、弹性项D_(el)和离子项D ion三个分量组成,分析D_(c)的影响因素与变化规律。结果表明:D_(c)随着交联剂的含量增加而增加,这是由于交联剂浓度增加了D_(el);D_(c)随矿化度的增加而减小,这主要是由于盐浓度增加减小道南平衡渗透压,减小D ion分量;基于r-THB模型的凝胶溶胀动力学研究方法为表征凝胶网络结构性质提供一种简便有效的处理方式。Preformed particle gels(PPGs)are polymer gel materials with high water absorption characteristics,which have been widely applied in water shutoff in oilfields.The water swelling property of PPGs is closely related to the nature of the gel network structure,and the swelling kinetics method is a simple way to evaluate the gel network structure characteristics of PPGs.The characteristics of the Voigt model and the THB co-diffusion,were compared and analyzed.The swelling kinetic formula of r-THB model was obtained by reasonable equivalent spherical hypothesis and formula simplification.The collective diffusion coefficient(D_(c))was used as a characteristic parameter to characterize the gel network structure,which was composed of three components:the mixed term(D_(mix)),the elastic term(D_(el)),and the ionic term(D ion).And he influencing factors and variation rules of D_(c)were analyzed.The results show that D_(c)increases with the increase of the crosslinker content,which is due to the increase of D_(el)caused by the increase of crosslinker concentration.D_(c)decreases with the increase of salt concentration,which is mainly due to the decrease of Donnan equilibrium osmotic pressure,thus reducing the D ion.The research method of gel swelling kinetics based on the r-THB model provides a simple and effective way to characterize the gel network structure properties.
