摘 要:管道止裂控制的核心是其止裂韧性的预测,针对早期天然气管道建立的经典止裂预测方法对于超临界CO_(2)管道不再适用,揭示导致此现状的原因需理清二者断裂行为间的差异。对现有天然气管道裂纹动态扩展模拟方法进行修正,使其适用于超临界CO_(2)管道;基于爆破试验对修正后的超临界CO_(2)管道裂纹动态扩展模拟方法进行验证,借助经验证后的数值模拟方法对超临界CO_(2)管道与天然气管道裂纹扩展过程中管内压力分布规律、裂纹扩展长度、裂纹扩展速度等断裂行为进行系统对比。结果表明,两管道裂尖后压力分布差异是导致天然气管道止裂控制方法对超临界CO_(2)管道不再适用的主要原因,相较于天然气管道,超临界CO_(2)管道更不易止裂,断裂后果更为严重,揭示了超临界CO_(2)管道与天然气管道断裂行为差异。The core of pipeline crack arrest control lies in the prediction of crack arrest toughness.The classic crack arrest prediction method established for early natural gas pipelines is no longer applicable for supercritical CO_(2) pipelines.To reveal the reasons for this situation,it is necessary to clarify the difference in fracture behaviors between supercritical CO_(2) pipelines and natural gas pipelines.To solve this problem,the existing simulation method for dynamic crack propagation in natural gas pipeline was modified to make it suitable for supercritical CO_(2) pipeline.Then,the reliability of the modified numerical simulation method was verified by the full-scale burst test.Using the validated simulation method,a systematic comparison was made among the pressure distribution,the crack propagation length,the crack velocity,and the other fracture behavior laws during crack propagation of supercritical CO_(2) pipelines and natural gas pipelines.The results show that the difference in pressure distribution behind the crack tip for the two pipelines is the main reason why the crack arrest control method of natural gas pipeline is no longer applicable to the supercritical CO_(2) pipeline.Compared with the natural gas pipeline,the crack of supercritical CO_(2) pipeline is more difficult to arrest and has more serious consequences.This work reveals the difference in fracture behaviors between supercritical CO_(2) pipelines and natural gas pipelines.
