摘 要:本研究利用7个中国稻瘟病菌生理小种鉴别品种对100个浙江省稻瘟病菌进行鉴定分析,发现浙江省稻瘟病菌主要由7群36个生理小种组成,各个群的出现频率有明显差异。其中ZA群菌株出现频率最高,达36.0%,表明ZA群菌株已上升为浙江省优势种群;其次是ZC群和ZB群菌株,出现频率分别为24.0%和22.0%,ZD群、ZE群、ZF群和ZG群的出现频率较低,分别为4.0%、8.0%、2.0%和4.0%。This reseach uses 7 Chinese rice blast fungus physiological race identification varieties to identify and analyze 100 rice blast fungus strains in Zhejiang Province.It is found that the rice blast fungus strains in Zhejiang Province are mainly composed of 7 groups and 36 physiological races,with significant differences in the frequency of occurrence among each group.Among them,the frequency of ZA group strains is the highest,reaching 36.0%,indicating that ZA group strains have risen to become the dominant population in Zhejiang Province;Next are ZC and ZB strains,with frequencies of 24.0%and 22.0%,respectively.ZD,ZE,ZF,and ZG strains have lower frequencies of 4.0%,8.0%,2.0%,and 4.0%,respectively.
