杭州市历史文化村落保护利用的经验与启示

摘　　要：杭州市历史文化村落的保护利用起源于“千万工程”。本文介绍了杭州市历史文化村落保护利用的基本情况,总结了杭州市在政策支持、环境优化、文化挖掘、业态发展等方面的特色和经验,分析了其在思想认识、文化保护、村落安全、产业更新等方面存在的问题,对杭州市历史文化村落的形成机制、科学谋划、保障支撑、广泛参与等问题进行了思考并提出建议。The protection and utilization of historical and cultural villages in Hangzhou originated from the“Thousand Villages Demonstration and Ten Thousand Villages Renovation”project.This paper introduced the basic situation of the protection and utilization of historical and cultural villages in Hangzhou,summarized the characteristics and experience of Hangzhou in policy support,environmental optimization,cultural mining,and business development,and analyzed the existing problems in ideological understanding,cultural protection,village safety,and industrial renewal.The formation mechanism,scientific planning,support and extensive participation of historical and cultural villages in Hangzhou are considered and suggestions are put forward.
