摘　　要：过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征于2004年由世界变态反应组织(WAO)正式提出,属同一气道,同一疾病。该病属复合发病,过敏性鼻炎和哮喘相互影响,治疗困难。根据过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的发病特点,认为内外风侵袭、肺脾肾不足以及过敏体质为该病的主要因素,在临床中宜采用祛风为先导、补益肺脾肾为基础、调护体质为目标的方法治疗。Allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome was officially proposed by the world allergic organization(WAO)in 2004 as the same airway and the same disease.The disease is a complex disease,and allergic rhinitis and asthma affect each other,and the treatment is difficult.According to the pathogenesis characteristics of CARAS,it is considered that the invasion of internal and external wind,deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney and allergic constitution are the main factors of CARAS.In the treatment,the methods of dispelling wind as the guide,tonifying lung,spleen and kidney as the basis,and regulating and nursing physique as the goal are used to treat CARAS.
