摘 要:博罗站旱警指标直接指引东江流域水资源统一调配,关系粤港澳大湾区可持续用水安全,该文采用水利部推荐的水量叠加法计算得到博罗站旱警流量为256 m^(3)/s,从水资源供需角度为切入点,结合历年枯水年和极端干旱年的调度实践,具体分析东江下游取水口氯化物浓度与博罗站流量的关系,充分论证旱警流量调整的可行性和合理性,并讨论了其应用。认为成果符合东江流域水资源调度精细化和可持续利用的要求,可以提高东江流域应对极端干旱风险的能力。Drought warning index of Boluo Station provide directly guidance to unified allocation of water resources in Dongjiang River basin,which is closely related to sustainable water safety of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.According to the water superposition method recommend by Ministry of Water Resources,drought warning flow of Boluo Station was obtain as 256m^(3)/s.Based on the supply and demand balance of water resources,this study combine with the practice in water regulation of normal or extreme drought over years,to concrete analysis the relationship between chloride concentration at downstream intake in Dongjiang River and the flow of Boluo Station,and fully demonstrate the feasibility and rationality to adjust original drought warning flow.Finally,application of drought warning flow in practical work was discussed.This study conform to the requirement for refined water regulation and sustainable utilization of water resources in Dongjiang River baisn.In addition,it enhances the ability of Dongjiang River basin to cope with extreme drought risk.
