摘 要:同一建筑物采用单一地基处理方式通常是合理且经济的,然而受客观条件限制,有时只能采用不同的地基处理方式对同一建筑物进行地基加固。通过理论计算,论证了同一座水闸分别采用松木桩复合地基和预制混凝土桩复合地基两种不同地基处理方式的可行性,水闸建成后,经分析实际沉降观测资料,结果表明,其沉降量在设计和规范允许范围内,两种处理方式均满足设计和规范要求。地基处理达到预期效果,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。It is usually reasonable and economical to use a single ground treatment method for the same building.However,due to objective limitations,sometimes different ground treatment methods can only be used to reinforce the same building s foundation.The feasibility of using two different foundation treatment methods,pine pile composite foundation and precast concrete pile composite foundation,for the same sluice was demonstrated through theoretical calculations.The test results showed that both foundation treatment methods met the design and code requirements.After the completion of the sluice,based on the analysis of actual settlement observation data,the settlement of the sluice is within the allowable range of the design and code,and the ground treatment has achieved the expected effect.This project can provide reference and inspiration for similar engineering design.
