摘 要:通过开展叶片根部间隙对轴流泵性能影响试验研究、叶片外缘间隙对导叶式混流泵性能影响及肘形进水、虹吸式出水流道轴流泵不同叶片角度开停机试验,对采用叶片固定式水泵装置的必要性进行了分析,结果表明,在水位变幅不大的引调水工程中,叶片固定式水泵和叶片可调式水泵在流量及扬程均满足设计参数,且满足工程实际供水需求及当地运行管理习惯的情况下,设计宜优先选用叶片固定式水泵。In this study,the performance impact test of the vane root clearance on the pump performance of the vane adjustable water pump,the performance impact test of the outer blade clearance on the performance of guide vane mixed flow pump,and the startup/pause test of different vane angle which has the elbow-type water inlet and siphon pump device are carried out,and the necessity analysis of vane fixed pump device is adopted.It is concluded that both the flow and lift of the vane adjustable pump and vane fixed pump meet the design parameters in the water diversion project with little variation of water level.And in the case of meeting the actual water supply needs of the project and local operation management,the design should give priority to the vane fixed pump,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
