摘 要:根据统计,每年一台300 MW机组锅炉大约需要1000 t的点燃与助燃燃油。我国每年为锅炉的点燃和助燃所消耗的燃油高达六百万吨,这导致的直接费用高达160亿人民币。鉴于这种严峻的状况,我国对电厂锅炉点燃和助燃燃油的用量提出了明确的规定。由此可见,降低锅炉启动和停止助燃用油有重要的意义。通过对山东某电厂二期2台300 MW机组的状况进行分析,得出锅炉启停期间影响燃油的主要因素,并针对这些因素进行研究分析,从而得出切实可行措施,从而达到节约燃油的目的。According to statistics,a 300MW unit boiler needs about 1000 tons of oil for ignition and combustion support every year.China uses more than 6million tons of fuel oil for boiler ignition and combustion support,and the direct cost is as high as 16billion yuan.In the face of such a severe situation,the state expressly stipulates the oil consumption for ignition and combustion supporting of power plant boilers.It can be seen that it is of great significance to reduce the oil used for boiler startup and shutdown.Through the causal analysis of the two 300MW units in a power plant.In order to achieve the objective of saving fuel oil,significant factors influencing the fuel oil during the start-up and shutdown of the boiler are identified and scrutinized.This detailed study assists in developing concrete strategies that directly contribute to fuel conservation.
