摘　　要：内部检验对于保障电站锅炉的安全发挥了积极作用。通过对内部检验过程中常被忽视的硬度异常、垢量超标、堵阀缺陷等典型问题的归纳,并对这些问题的产生原因及存在隐患进行了分析,提出了发现并有效解决此类问题的建议,从而保障锅炉的安全稳定运行。Internal inspection plays a positive role in ensuring the safety of utility boilers.The typical problems often ignored in the internal inspection process is summarized,such as abnormal hardness,excessive scale and block valve defects,analyzes the causes and hidden dangers of these problems,and puts forward some suggestions to find and effectively solve these problems,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
