超超临界二次再热锅炉烟气调温技术应用及分析

摘  要:以某660 MW超超临界二次再热锅炉为例,通过改变摆动燃烧器摆角度数和在中、低负荷改变烟气再循环烟气比例等相关试验,研究了两种烟气调温方式对锅炉性能的影响。结果表明:烟气再循环技术可大幅提高超超临界二次再热锅炉中、低负荷运行时的一次、二次再热蒸汽温度,降低NOx排放质量浓度,是超超临界二次再热锅炉提高蒸汽温度的有效手段。摆动燃烧器调温方式也可提高一次、二次再热蒸汽温度,但温度变化幅度较小。两种烟气调温方式均会导致锅炉热效率变差。总体而言,烟气再循环技术综合效果最优,可为超超临界二次再热锅炉标准配置。Taking a 660MW ultra-supercritical boiler with double reheat as an example,the influences of two flue gas temperature regulation methods on boiler performance were researched by changing the vertical angle of swing burner and changing flue gas recirculation ratio under medium and low loads.The results show that the flue gas recirculation technology can greatly improve the single and double reheat steam temperature of the ultra-supercritical boiler with double reheat under medium and low load operation,reduce the NO_x emission mass concentration.It is an effective means to improve the steam temperature of the ultra-supercritical boiler with double reheat.Flue gas temperature regulation through swing burner can also improve the temperature of single and double reheat steam,but the range is small.The two flue gas temperature regulation methods will lead to poor boiler thermal efficiency.In general,the comprehensive effect of flue gas recirculation technology is the best,and it can be the standard configuration of ultra-supercritical boiler with double reheat.
