摘 要:我国大部分油田正常生产需要35 kV变电所提供稳定电力保障,从目前来看,35 kV变电所单台主变压器故障是导致供电性风险的主要原因。为此,需要从我国油田实际生产电力保障的现实需要出发,对35 kV变电所主变压器特性以及故障进行分析,这是油田电力技术保障的一个非常关键的环节。通过分析35 kV变电所主变压器的噪声、温升指标以及常见的四种故障情况,可以为故障的预防和排查提供方向,也是实际变电所电力设备检修的重点任务内容。Most oil fields in China require stable power supply from 35kV substations for normal production.Currently,the failure of a single main transformer in a 35kV substation is the main cause of power supply risk.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the characteristics and faults of the main transformer in a 35kV substation based on the practical needs of ensuring power production in China's oil fields.This is a crucial link in the technical support of oil field power.By analyzing the noise and temperature rise indicators of the main transformer in a 35kV substation,as well as the four common fault situations,it can provide direction for fault prevention and troubleshooting,and is also a key task for the maintenance of power equipment in actual substations.
