摘　　要：基于电力运行安全与能源保供,梳理火电机组电力生产秩序核查管理程序、核查方法、核查要求等,对发生“非计划停运、出力受阻、检修超期”等违反电力生产秩序机组,分析了违反电力生产秩序典型技术问题,提出了核查提升效果评价及建议,以期推动电力生产秩序核查工作质量提升,并对技术人员有指导和促进作用。Based on power operation safety and energy supply guarantee,sort out the management procedures,methods,and requirements for verifying the order of power production in thermal power units.For units that violate the power production order due to unplanned shutdowns,output disruptions,and maintenance delays,analyzed typical technical issues that violate the order of power production,and proposed evaluation and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of verification and improvement.In order to promote the quality improvement of power production order verification work and provide guidance and promotion for technical personnel.
