摘  要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练(Kegel训练)在女性盆底功能障碍中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月浙江省妇幼和生殖保健中心收治的200例盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用Kegel训练,观察组采用Kegel训练联合生物反馈电刺激,比较两组盆底肌力及盆底器官脱垂、压力性尿失禁情况。结果干预后,两组盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力优于干预前,且观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力改善优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组盆腔器官脱垂量化分期法分级和压力性尿失禁分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练应用于女性盆底功能障碍患者,可有效增强盆底肌力,改善盆底脏器脱垂和压力性尿失禁情况。Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training(Kegel training)in female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 200 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Zhejiang Provincial Maternal and Child and Reproductive Health Center from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received Kegel training,and the observation group received Kegel training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the muscle strength of pelvic floor typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers in the two groups were better than those before intervention,and the improvement of muscle strength of typeⅠand typeⅡmuscle fibers in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the grading of pelvic organ prolapse quantitive examination and stress urinary incontinence in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training can effectively enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence in female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
