摘　　要：目的观察腹部抚触技术联合小儿捏脊治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年12月东莞市茶山医院收治的80例功能性便秘患儿进行回顾性分析。将患儿按照治疗方法分为研究组(n=40,腹部抚触技术+小儿捏脊)、对照组(n=40,常规药物治疗),比较两组便秘情况、并发症总发生率。结果研究组并发症总发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组便秘评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组便秘评分均降低,且研究组便秘评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹部抚触技术联合小儿捏脊治疗小儿功能性便秘的效果较好,能够改善患儿的临床症状,减少并发症,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of abdominal stroking technique combined with pediatric chiropractic in the treatment of functional constipation in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 children with functional constipation admitted to Chashan Hospital of Dongguan from October 2022 to December 2023.The children were divided into study group(n=40,abdominal stroking technique+pediatric chiropractic)and the control group(n=40,conventional drug treatment)according to the treatment methods.The constipation situation and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in constipation score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the constipation score of both groups was decreased,and the constipation score of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal stroking technique combined with pediatric chiropractic has a good effect in the treatment of functional constipation in children,which can improve the clinical sympto ms and reduce complications.
