摘 要:目的探讨健康教育联合早期家庭干预对早产儿发育商的近期影响。方法选取2021年5月至2023年4月于惠州市第一妇幼保健院出生的160例早产儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=80)、干预组(n=80)。对照组应用健康教育干预,干预组采取健康教育联合早期家庭干预,比较两组不同时期的发育商以及家长相关知识知晓情况。结果干预组42日龄以及3、6月龄的发育商分别为(81.02±6.26)、(88.24±5.15)、(92.25±5.36)分,高于对照组的(75.51±6.12)、(83.35±5.62)、(87.75±5.13)分(P<0.05);两组9、12月龄的发育商比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预组家长在早产儿喂养知识(88.75%)、早产儿训练知识(87.50%)、智力发育知识(85.00%)、体格发育知识(92.50%)方面的知识知晓率高于对照组(72.50%、68.75%、66.25%、73.75%)(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿应用健康教育联合早期家庭干预,可以提高早产儿的近期发育商以及家长的知识知晓率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with early family intervention on recent developmental quotient of premature infants.Methods A total of 160 premature infants born in Huizhou First Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2021 and April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=80)and intervention group(n=80)according to the random number table method.The control group received health education intervention,while the intervention group received health education combined with early family intervention.The developmental quotient at different periods and knowledge awareness of parents in the two groups were compared.Results The development quotient of 42 days and 3,6 months of age in the intervention group was(81.02±6.26),(88.24±5.15),and(92.25±5.36)points,respectively,which was higher than(75.51±6.12),(83.35±5.62),and(87.75±5.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the developmental quotient between the two groups at 9 and 12 months of age(P>0.05).Parents in the intervention group had higher knowledge awareness rate of feeding knowledge of premature infants(88.75%),training knowledge of premature infants(87.50%),intellectual development knowledge(85.00%),and physical development knowledge(92.50%)than the control group(72.50%,68.75%,66.25%,and 73.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education combined with early family intervention for premature infants can improve the recent developmental quotient and the knowledge awareness r ate of parents,which is worth promoting.
