摘  要:目的 观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇冷光源蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2023年1月至2024年1月南京市高淳人民医院收治的300例高胆红素血症新生儿分为对照组、观察组,每组各150例。对照组接受间歇冷光源蓝光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,比较两组治疗效果、经皮测总胆红素水平、不良反应总发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(94.67%)高于对照组(87.33%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,两组经皮测总胆红素水平均降低,其中观察组经皮测总胆红素水平为(109.83±10.24)μmol/L,比对照组的(124.52±10.15)μmol/L更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇冷光源蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果较好,不仅能够降低胆红素水平,还可减少不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with intermittent cold light source blue light in the treatment of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 300 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia treated in Nanjing Gaochun People’s Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent cold light source blue light treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder on the basis of the method of control group.The therapeutic effect,the percutaneous level of total bilirubin and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(94.67%)was higher than that of control group(87.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the percutaneous level of total bilirubin in both groups was decreased,and the percutaneous level of total bilirubin in the observation group was(109.83±10.24)μmol/L,which was lower than(124.52±10.15)μmol/L in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder combined with intermittent cold light source blue light has a good effect in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which can not only reduce the level of bilirubin,but also reduce adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
