基于三维质量评价模式的延续护理在首次剖宫产产妇产褥期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于三维质量评价模式的延续护理在首次剖宫产产妇产褥期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月临沭县人民医院收治的90例首次剖宫产的产妇为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组开展延续护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于三维质量评价模式的延续护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组简明心境量表各维度评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组自我护理能力量表、健康调查简表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率较对照组低,总满意率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论基于三维质量评价模式的延续护理在首次剖宫产产妇产褥期护理中应用,可以改善心境状况,提高生活和睡眠质量及自我护理能力,降低产褥期并发症,产妇满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on three-dimensional quality evaluation model in puerperium nursing of women with first cesarean section.Methods A total of 90 women with the first cesarean section admitted to Linshu People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases).The control group carried out continuous nursing,and the observation group carried out continuous nursing based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of each dimension of brief profile of mood states and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension exercise of self-care agency scale and 36-item shortform health survey in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing based on threedimensional quality evaluation model in puerperium nursing of women with first cesarean section can improve mood states,quality of life and sleep,and self-care ability,reduc e puerperium complications,and have high satisfaction.
