中医护理干预在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析中医护理干预在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月于同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院产科行剖宫产的70例产妇,依照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(35例)进行常规护理干预,观察组(35例)进行中医护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后子宫复旧情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳汁分泌优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预应用于剖宫产术后的效果较好,有利于促进术后胃肠功能恢复,减轻术后疼痛,促进乳汁分泌与子宫复旧,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of cesarean section.Methods From January 2022 to J anuary 2023,70 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Department of Obstetrics,Jiaozhou Branch of Shanghai East Hospital,Tongji University were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(35 cases)received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative uterine involution of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of milk secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention after cesarean section is good,which is conducive to promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function,alleviating postoperative pain,promoting milk secretion and uterine rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
