健康教育精准连接系统在先天性心脏病患儿照顾者健康宣教中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察健康教育精准连接系统在先天性心脏病患儿照顾者健康宣教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月至2023年12月新疆维吾尔自治区儿童医院收治的90例先天性心脏病患儿及其照顾者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45,实施常规健康教育)与观察组(n=45,实施健康教育精准连接系统干预)。比较照顾者知识及行为水平、应对方式及患儿术后并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组照顾者知识、行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组照顾者面对评分高于对照组,回避与屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育精准连接系统可提升先天性心脏病患儿照顾者的知识、行为水平,促进其积极应对患儿疾病,有利于降低患儿术后并发症发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of health education accurately linking system in health education of caregivers of children with congenital heart disease.Methods A total of 90 children with congenital heart disease and their caregivers admitted to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Children’s Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children and caregivers were divided into the control group(n=45,received routine health education)and the observation group(n=45,received health education accurately linking system intervention)by the random number table method.The knowledge and behavior levels,coping style,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge and behavior of caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the facing score of caregivers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the avoidance and surrender scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of children’s postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education accurately linking system can improve the knowledge and behavior levels of caregivers of children with congenital heart disease,and promote them to cope with children’s diseases in a positive way,and help reduce the incidence of postoperative complicatio ns of children.
