妇产科抗菌药物用药咨询的帕累托图分析

摘　　要：目的深入分析临床药师在妇产科开展药学服务工作的相关情况,了解妇产科关于抗菌药物用药方面的特点及难点,精准提高临床药师药学服务质量。方法汇总2022年11月至2023年11月河源市妇幼保健院临床药师接受的妇产科关于抗菌药物的用药咨询108例,对用药咨询人员、方式、内容以及种类进行统计分析。结果108例妇产科关于抗菌药物的用药咨询中,咨询人员主要以临床医师为主,共88例(81.48%),咨询方式主要以面对面为主。帕累托图分析结果显示,用药方案、药物品种选择、用药期间可否哺乳、用法用量、联合用药为咨询内容的主要因素,头孢菌素类、β-内酰胺类/β-内酰胺酶抑制剂、硝基咪唑类、四环素类为咨询药物种类的主要因素。结论为深入临床,临床药师应加强妇产科相关药物以及病种的学习,多方位思考、统筹结合,提高药学服务质量,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。Objective To deeply analyze the relevant situation of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical services in obstetrics and gynecology,understand the characteristics and difficulties of antibacterial drug use in obstetrics and gynecology,and accurately improve the quality of clinical pharmacist pharmaceutical services.Methods A total of 108 cases of antimicrobial consultation in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 received by clinical pharmacists were summariz ed,and a statistical analysis was conducted on medication consultation personnel,methods,contents,and types.Results Among the 108 consultations on the use of antibiotics in obstetrics and gynecology,88 cases(81.48%)were mainly consulted by clinical physicians,and the m ajority of consultations were face-to-face.The Pareto plot analysis results showed that the main factors for consultation contents were medication regimen,drug variety selection,breastfeeding during medication,usage and dosage,and combination therapy.The main factors affecting the types of consultation drugs included Cephalosporins,β-lactamides/β-lactamase inhibitors,Nitroimidazoles,and Tetracyclines.Conclusion In order to deepen clinical practice,clinical pharmacists should strengthen the learning of obstetrics and gynecology related drugs and diseases,think from multiple perspectives,coordinate and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services,and promote the rational use of antibiotics.
