摘 要:目的探讨FcER1B、ADRB2基因多态性对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2022年12月南宁市第一人民医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘婴幼儿60例为观察组,另选取同时期在南宁市第一人民医院进行健康体检的90名正常婴幼儿为对照组。采用质谱单核苷酸多态性技术对两组的FcER1B、ADRB2基因进行分析,检测婴幼儿血清IL-6和FeNO水平。结果两组FcER1B、ADRB2基因位点的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。观察组与对照组FcER1B基因rs569108位点、ADRB2基因rs1042713位点的基因型与等位基因比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清IL-6、FeNO水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。FcER1B基因rs569108位点TT基因型、ADRB2基因rs1042713位点AA基因型的患儿血清IL-6、FeNO均升高(P<0.05)。结论FcER1B基因rs569108位点TT基因型、ADRB2基因rs1042713位点AA基因型的咳嗽变异性哮喘婴幼儿血清IL-6、FeNO显著升高,可为患儿的精准治疗和个体化预防提供指导依据。Objective To investigate the effect of FcER1B and ADRB2 gene polymorphism on serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)levels in children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 60 infants with cough variant asthma admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 90 normal infants who underwent health examinations in the First People’s Hospital of Nanning during the same period were selected as the control group.The FcER1B and ADRB2 genes of two groups were analyzed using mass spectrometry single nucleotide polymorphism technology,and serum IL-6 and FeNO levels were detected in infants.Results The distribution of FcER1B and ADRB2 gene loci in the two grou ps conformed to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.There was a significant difference in the genotype and allele of FcER1B gene rs569108 and ADRB2 gene rs1042713 between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and FeNO levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 and FeNO levels were increased in cough variant asthma infants with FcER1B gene rs569108 TT genotype and ADRB2 gene rs1042713 AA genotype(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum IL-6 and FeNO levels significantly increase in cough variant asthma with TT genotype at rs569108 of FcER1B gene and the AA genotype at rs1042713 of ADRB2 gene,providing guidance for precise treatment and personalized preve ntion of the children.
