摘 要:针对玻璃真空管接收体存在间隙漏光、表面换热等缺陷,文章采用内嵌星形多翼接收体的玻璃管作为复合抛物面聚光太阳能空气集热装置的光热转化部件,选用空气作为传热介质,有效缓解上述缺陷并降低装置管路对密封性的要求和低温“爆管”率。仿真计算了不同星形多翼接收体集热装置的光学性能,对比研究了星形多翼接收体翼型型态对复合抛物面聚光太阳能空气集热装置性能的影响,基于此,在实际天气条件下测试、分析内嵌星形六翼接收体和内嵌星形五翼接收体时装置的光热性能。结果表明:当入射偏角α<7.4°,装置内嵌星形六翼接收体时的光学性能要优于内嵌星形五翼接收体时的光学性能,前者的平均光线接收率、聚光效率分别为98.2%,76.4%,比后者分别高出1.2%和1.1%;在晴天测试中,当空气介质流速为4.0 m/s时,装置内嵌星形六翼接收体时的平均出口温度、最大瞬时集热量以及光热转化效率分别为37.0℃,896.45 W和75.31%,较其内嵌星形五翼接收体时分别提高了1.37%,2.80%和1.93%。测试结果可为复合抛物面聚光太阳能空气集热装置接收体的结构优化设计提供参考。Aiming at the defects of gap light leakage and surface heat transfer in the use of a glass vacuum tube,in this paper,the glass tube embedded star multi-fins receiver is used as the concentrating photothermal conversion component of compound parabolic concentrating solar air device,and the air is selected as the heat transfer medium to alleviate the above defects and reduce the sealing requirements of the device and the low temperature'burst tube'rate.The influence of the fin shape of the star-shaped multi-fins receiver on the performance of the compound parabolic concentrating solar air device was comparative studied.The influence of different star-shaped multi-fins receiver on the optical performance of the device was simulated and calculated.Based on this,the thermal properties of the device with embedded star six-fins receiver and the star five-fins receiver were tested and analyzed under actual weather conditions.The results show that whenα<7.4°,the optical performance of the solar air collector device with star six-fins receiver is better than that of the star five-fins receiver.The average light receiving rate and concentrating efficiency of the former are 98.2%and 76.4%respectively,which are 1.2%and 1.1%higher than those of the latter.In the sunny day,when the air flow rate is 4.0 m/s,the average outlet temperature,maximum instantaneous heat collection and photothermal conversion efficiency of the solar air collector embedded with the star six-fins receiver are 37.0℃,896.45 W and 75.31%,respectively,which are 1.37%,2.80%and 1.93%higher than that of the embedded star five-fins receiver.The testing results can provide a reference for the structural optimization design of the receiver of the compound parabolic concentrating solar air device.
