摘 要:针对马脊梁矿8107工作面预掘回撤通道受回采动压影响,围岩变形量大,安装垛式支架成本高,进行深孔预注浆加固工艺复杂等问题,基于该工作面生产地质条件,提出高水材料分段充填工艺。现场采用水灰比3∶1高水材料超前工作面进行充填作业,28 d单轴抗压强度达7.2 MPa。实际应用结果表明:8107工作面回撤通道围岩控制效果良好,工作面未出现大面积片帮冒顶事故,充填体完整性较好,表现出良好的塑性变形和让压性能;回撤通道贯通后顶板下沉速度基本维持在0.7~1.6 cm/d,满足工作面支架回撤需求。In response to the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and difficult maintenance caused by the impact of mining dynamic pressure on the pre-excavation retreat roadway of No.8107 Face in Majiliang Mine,a high water material segmented filling process was proposed based on the production geological conditions of the working face.On site,a high water cement ratio of 3:1 was used to fill the working face with high water materials,and the uniaxial compressive strength reached 7.2 MPa after 28 days.The practical application results showed that the control effect of the surrounding rock in the retreat roadway of No.8107 Face was good,and there had been no large-scale roof collapse accidents in the working face.The integrity of the filling body was good,showing good plastic deformation and yielding performance;after the opening of the retreat roadway,the roof subsidence speed was basically maintained at 0.7~1.6 cm/d,which met the needs of the working face support retracement.
