平舒公司自制架空乘人装置防脱绳装置分析研究

摘　　要：在煤矿井下复杂的作业环境中,架空乘人装置作为保障人员高效、安全移动的关键设施,其运行安全性至关重要。本文以山西平舒煤业有限公司井下安装的2部架空乘人装置为研究对象,分析了实际运行中出现的钢丝绳容易从绳槽脱落的问题。经过现场调研和因果分析,确定了导致钢丝绳脱落的主要原因包括托轮架不在一条直线上、拖轮胶圈磨损严重以及钢丝绳自身旋转扭劲作用。针对这些问题,设计了一种小型防脱绳装置,安装在架空乘人装置拖轮旁边,解决了钢丝绳脱落绳槽的问题。实践应用结果表明,该装置有效降低了架空乘人装置的故障率,消除了安全隐患,提高了生产效率,且造价低、安装方便,经济效益显著。In the complex working environment of underground coal mine,the overhead passenger device is the key facility to ensure the efficient and safe movement of personnel,and its operation safety is very important.This paper takes two overhead passenger devices installed underground in Shanxi Pingshu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and analyzes the problem that the steel wire rope is easy to fall off from the rope groove in the actual operation.Through field investigation and causal analysis,it is determined that the main causes of wire rope shedding include that the bracket is not in a straight line,the rubber ring of the tug is seriously worn,and the rotation and torsion of the wire rope itself.In order to solve these problems,a small anti-off rope device is designed,which is installed next to the tugboat of the overhead passenger device,and solves the problem of rope shedding rope groove.The practical application results show that the device effectively reduces the failure rate of the overhead passenger device,eliminates the safety hazards,improves the production efficiency,and has low cost,convenient installation and remarkable economic benefits.
